• Leading product design and production for large-scale public events hosted by some of the world’s most established entertainment and sports brands, including Disney, several NBA and NFL franchises, the PGA Tour, stadiums, festivals, and concerts.
• Optimized user experience (UX) by researching, designing and delivering customer-centric websites for both the main and sub-brands, including an effort to amplify reach among untapped audiences and potential new customers through an innovative and accessible 3D product mock-up tool.
• Enhancing the agency’s overall productivity, profitability and execution by identifying and capitalizing on continuous improvement opportunities, such as streamlining workflow processes by managing the successful transition from Corel to Adobe.
• Responsible for onboarding and ongoing training and mentorship for incoming junior designers, sharing best practices and direct experience to help new team members navigate their roles, overcome challenges and grow in their careers.
