Senior Designer

• Leading product design and production for large-scale public events hosted by some of the world’s most established entertainment and sports brands, including Disney, several NBA and NFL franchises, the PGA Tour, stadiums, festivals, and concerts.

• Optimized user experience (UX) by researching, designing and delivering customer-centric websites for both the main and sub-brands, including an effort to amplify reach among untapped audiences and potential new customers through an innovative and accessible 3D product mock-up tool. 

• Enhancing the agency’s overall productivity, profitability and execution by identifying and capitalizing on continuous improvement opportunities, such as streamlining workflow processes by managing the successful transition from Corel to Adobe.

• Responsible for onboarding and ongoing training and mentorship for incoming junior designers, sharing best practices and direct experience to help new team members navigate their roles, overcome challenges and grow in their careers.

• Steered social media promotions and targeted advertising to build excitement, revenue and community engagement for weekly and special events at the venue.

• Directed overall digital marketing efforts and content strategy while creating copy, photos, videos, motion graphics, and all other varieties of content to engage users and generate conversions across digital channels.

• Played a crucial role in creating and branding a successful, semi-annual concert series, selling out 10,000+ tickets consistently and garnering attention and advertising revenue from international entertainment and media giants like SiriusXM.
2014-2020

Music City Canada

Digital Marketing Specialist

• Built customer awareness and generated revenue through email marketing, print and digital advertising and video production while collaborating with global brands such as Shure, Pioneer DJ and Yamaha to produce effective in-store and online product promotions.

• Managed the successful rebrand of the PA Shop into Music City Canada, including a complete redesign of the existing brand identity.

• Drove the continued evolution of the e-commerce strategy through an overhaul of the online platform. Including thorough research into current best practices and existing obstacles facing the end-user and the successful migration of more than 50,000 SKUs to Shopify – resulting in a vastly improved user interface (UI) and user experience (UX).
